Winter Refuses to Let Go in Connecticut, Here is the Forecast

The nor'easter may have been a dud yesterday but winter is showing no signs of going away over the next several days.

Circle next Wednesday on your calendar as that is when temperatures will exceed 50 degrees in Connecticut and help us to remember that it is actually spring. But from now until then it will still feel like winter with temps barely over 40 degrees for the next several days and the wind chill factor will make it feel even colder.

The good news is that it appears dry for the next several days and there is no sign of snow in the forecast, well some folks might quip there was no snow in yesterday's forecast either.

The National Weather Service says conditions will continue to improve today and there will be "breezy conditions following the departing system and below normal temperatures in the lower 40s, it will feel as if temperatures are in the low to mid 30s for most of the day. Below normal temperatures continue into the weekend as Arctic high pressure builds to the north."

As for the nor'easter that wasn't yesterday, it's probably best that we just move on, and hopefully spring weather will be here before we know it.
