"This rare 13-acre parcel is one of the largest of it's kind in Westport," writes Zillow. "Adjacent to the Aspetuck River, the setting is magical, with lush lawns, specimen plantings, orchard, perennial gardens and 750 feet of river frontage. The inspiration for the home was an 1832 chestnut barn that was relocated from neighboring Weston, modernized and expanded to create an architectural masterpiece."
