According to the Connecticut Lottery, the winning ticket was sold in Hartford.
WETHERSFIELD, CT - A Wethersfield resident is $100,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Hartford earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On July 16, David Houlihan, of Wethersfield, purchased a Cash 5 ticket from the Two Star Food Mart in Hartford and won $100,000.
