7-Day Weather Forecast Update for Wilton
While there are some chances for storms, overall this week's weather will feel cooler and there will still be plenty of sunshine.
WILTON, CT — The weather forecast for Connecticut this week includes a few chances for showers and storms in the 7-day forecast. But the temperatures this week will be much cooler than the last week’s heatwave and all in all it looks to be a pretty good week of weather.
The days of possible stormy weather include Monday, Tuesday, Friday night, and Saturday. While that sounds like a lot, the chances for storms on each of those days is around 40 percent or less currently. So as typical with storms, some people may receive a downpour and some will see sunny skies.
Here’s a detailed look at the 7-day forecast via the National Weather Service:
Monday: Slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after 12 p.m. Sunny skies early giving way to clouds. Temps in the upper 70s. Continued chance for showers and storms Monday night too.
Tuesday: Mostly cloudy with temps near 80 degrees and again a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms.
Wednesday: The run of better weather begins, with temps in the low 80s and sunshine.
Thursday: Sunshine and temps in the low 80s.
Friday: Mostly sunny and temps in the mid 80s. Storms and showers possible Friday night.
Saturday: Partly sunny, chance of showers and thunderstorms and temps approaching 90 degrees.
Sunday: Sunshine and temps in the mid 80s.
