90-Unit Senior Living Facility Eyed for Wilton: Report

WILTON, CT — The town's land use commission has received an application for a90-unit assisted living facility at the corner of Danbury Road and Orem's Lane, reports the Norwalk Hour. According to the report, the facility would consist of a 75,972 square-foot building on a 3.8 acre property.

Senior Living Development, LLC, of Fairfield submitted the application and successfully changed the regulations in 2016 to allow a higher density for use, reports the Hour. The report further indicates the project could be approved this summer.
