WILTON, CT — Police are warning elder residents about the danger of winter after a 101-year-old woman recently died following a fall on icy pavement.
Police responded to a residence in Wilton on Feb. 17, where they found the woman deceased. Authorities determined she had slipped on ice, sustained injuries, and remained exposed to cold temperatures.
