After two weeks of calm, two unlocked vehicles on Cheese Spring Road were reported burglarized early Thursday morning, May 12.
Both of the cars were entered overnight, of vehicular break-ins that have afflicted the geographic area which includes Cheese Spring, Duck Hill, Thayer Pond, Wood’s End, Pheasant Run, and the Hidden Lake Ridge Roads.

Residents are cautioned to lock their vehicles at night and to watch for and report suspicious activity.
Updated info: There were no additional break-ins this weekend. A neighbor of the victim in this article on Cheese Spring had his/her car unlocked but the car was not burglarized. Police say that this marks 21 different residences and 31 vehicles burglarized.
