On Oct. 18, during the night hours, the Duck Dynasty scarecrow was vandalized, according to Wilton Police. Hat, gloves beard and headband were all taken off the scarecrow which is located behind the library.  "Vandalism (of scarecrows) is not uncommon," said Lt. Donald Wakeman. "Something occurs to at least once, if not more."
