Upcoming Tree Trimming Around Overhead Wires In Wilton

WILTON, CT — Eversource has scheduled tree trimming around power lines that run along neighborhood streets and state highways to take place in Wilton and several surrounding towns, according to a notification on the town website.

This work is part of regularly scheduled maintenance that is done on a four-to-five-year rotation.

Lewis Tree Service will be performing the maintenance on the roadside power lines on behalf of Eversource. Lewis' Permission Specialists will be contacting homeowners in person for consent in the coming weeks.
