WILTON, CT — A local man was arrested Monday on a charge of sexual assault stemming from an investigation into such allegations, according to Wilton Police. Duncan O'Neil, 19, on a warrant for sexual assault in the fourth degree and held on a $20,000 bond. His arrest came after allegations that he sexually assaulted a female victim while she slept at his home on June 19. O'Neil is due in court on Aug. 3.
