Wilton Zoning Official Steps Down: Report

He served on the Planing and Zoning commission for the past four years.

WILTON, CT — For the first time in four years, the Wilton Planning and Zoning Commission will not include Franklin Wong starting on May 15, reports the Norwalk Hour. Wong's resignation came after news that his day job would force him to spend a majority of the next year in Pittsburgh.

Wong previously served on the Inland Wetlands Commission for eight years. The commission will have 30 days to find an adequate replacement for the position.

If the commission is unable to do so, the Board of Selectmen will be responsible for appointing a replacement.
