Woman Caught Inhaling Nitrous Oxide in Dunkin Donuts Parking Lot: Wilton Police

She was also found to be in possession of LSD and MDMA, according to police.

WILTON, CT — A New York woman was arrested last week after police say she was seen inhaling Nitrous Oxide in the parking lot of the Dunkin Donuts on Danbury Road. Police say they saw Margarita Rubin, 42, of South Salem, NY, using a whip cream charger to inhale the gas at around 5:39 p.m.

Police responded to the Dunkin Donuts after a report of a woman in a black Lexus with a temporary registration "smoking something." Rubin was also found to be in possession of LSD and MDMA, in addition to driving with a suspended license. To sign up for Wilton breaking news alerts and more, click here.

Rubin was charged with possession of a hallucinogenic substance (LSD), possession of MDMA, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a restricted substance (Nitrous Oxide) and driving with a suspended license.

She was arrested and posted the $5,000 bond, and is due in court on April 19.
