Crash Stalls Traffic On Major Part Of I-91
A crash blocked afternoon commuter and airport traffic on Wednesday afternoon.
WINDSOR, CT — A crash blocked afternoon commuter and airport traffic on the northbound side of Interstate 91 Wednesday afternoon.
The crash took place just after 4 p.m.
Emergency vehicles had all but one lane of the northbound side blocked past Exit 38. Traffic was backed up for miles into Hartford.
