WINDSOR, CT — A Windsor resident recently won $30,000 on a lottery ticket, according to the Connecticut Lottery. The resident won $30,000 on a FAST PLAY - BLAZIN' BINGO lottery ticket sold Monday in Windsor at Bloom's Discount Liquor, located at 576 Windsor Ave, according to lottery officials. The CT Lottery no longer publishes winners' names without their written consent, in accordance with a new Connecticut law that took effect in October 2025.

The resident won $30,000 on a FAST PLAY - BLAZIN' BINGO lottery ticket sold Monday in Windsor at Bloom's Discount Liquor, located at 576 Windsor Ave, according to lottery officials.
