WINDSOR-BLOOMFIELD-WEST HARTFORD, CT — The latest installment of this periodic informative series on Patch sites in north-central Connecticut, providing facts and figures about some of the state roads which wind through the area, features a fairly short L-shaped route which originatess in Windsor and ends in West Hartford.
Route 218 begins at the junction of Route 159 in the Wilson section of Windsor, across from Enfield Town Hall. It proceeds in a westerly direction into Bloomfield, but a sharp curve in front of the CIGNA campus turns it into a southbound road into West Hartford. It ends at the junction of Albany Avenue, or Route 44.
