NORTHERN CT — The latest installment of this informative periodic series on Patch sites in northern Connecticut, providing fascinating facts and figures about some of the state roads which wind through the area, features Route 75, which begins at Route 159 in Windsor and ends at Routes 159/147 in Agawam, Mass.

A stretch of Route 75 made national news on Oct. 3, 1979, when an unexpected tornado caused millions of dollars of destruction to businesses, schools and homes in Windsor, Windsor Locks and Suffield.
