Man Who Posed for 'Playgirl' Sues Former Windsor Employer for Harassment
Daniel Sawka says his former colleagues would continually harass him during his tenure as a district sales manager at ADP in Windsor.

A man who posed as a lumberjack in Playgirl Magazine nearly two decades ago is suing his former Windsor employer, ADP Inc. for harassment, according to an ABC News report.
Daniel Sawka, who recently filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court, in Connecticut, alleges that his former coworkers at the business outsourcing company used company computers to view or download his nude Playgirl images during work hours, according to ABC News.
"Following the discovery of the nude pictures, employees in the office engaged in a pattern and practice of jokes, sexually-charged comments, and ridicule concerning the plaintiff and the pictures," according to a New York Daily News article.
Sawka, who began working at ADP in November 2009, claims he was “constructively discharged” in March 2011, and is seeking damages for back pay, bonuses, emotional distress and other benefits, according to the New York Daily News.
