Easterseals Capital Region & Eastern CT is applying for a capital grant under Section 5310 Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities of the Federal Transit Act, as amended by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law legislation, to acquire vehicles to be used in meeting the special transportation needs of seniors and/or individuals with disabilities in East Hartford, CT.
