The restaurant will leave its home inside Dudleytown Brewing Company as it prepares to move, according to its owners.
WINDSOR, CT — A restaurant operating inside a popular Windsor brewery will close at the end of the year as its owners prepare for a move, according to a statement shared by the business.
Saults Eclectic Cuisine announced it will leave its location inside Dudleytown Brewing Company on January 1st, calling the move “not a goodbye, just a new beginning.”
The restaurant thanked Dudleytown, its kitchen staff, and the local community for their support during its time at the brewery, saying the experience helped shape its growth.

According to information on the restaurant’s website, Saults first opened its brick-and-mortar location inside Dudleytown Brewing Company in April 2025, after previously operating as a food truck.
While the Dudleytown location is closing, Saults said it plans to reopen in new locations, with details expected to be announced soon. The business will also continue catering events and private functions in the meantime.
“We’re excited about what’s next and can’t wait to share details very soon,” the owners said.
