Town Center Thursdays Count Running Low
What you should know today, Thurs., Aug. 18, 2011.

1. Believe it or not September is just around the corner. Sure, that means that school is starting, football season will kick off shortly and the fall foliage will cover the Windsor landscape. It also means that there aren't many jam-packed Thursdays left in Windsor Center.
2. Looking for some fun to do with the family this evening? Well the arts are on full display - music and literature. The Town Green will host a night of gospel at 7 p.m., while the Windsor Early Education Council will continue its sponsored Read on the Green from 6:15 p.m. - 6:40 p.m.
3. This afternoon, the Farmer's Market will continue. Yes, the market runs through October 27, but as the season changes so will some of the vendors and their items for sale. The market will be held from 3:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. on the corner of Maple and Broad Streets.
