A Unique, Fun, Artsy Festival in Connecticut's Oldest Town

Windsor's Town Green will be fluttering with excitement on Saturday July 8th. 10-3pm. (Rain Date-Sunday July 9th.

Calling all Monarch butterfly and pollinator fans! Connecticut's oldest town is hosting the second annual Windsor Monarch Fest, featuring The Upcycled Planter Challenge Display. Come down to visit "green" artisan vendors, watch artist Mike Winninger create a chalk mural, visit craft tables where kids and adults can plant a flower in a grow bag to take home; make a bird scarer from upcycled CD's and so much more! Food trucks, a Brush and Palette show, The Chairy Orchard featuring upcycled chair planters and unique planters dotted around Broad street will be up for auction. Also an Electric Bike and Vehicle showcase.

James Selig's Estate Jewelry and Antiques will be hosting an Antique and Vintage Appraisal Clinic on Broad street during the Fest. Other participating business sponsors will have their doors open for business. Proceeds from the Fest and Auction will fund the upgrade of a Monarch Habitat at Riverwalk in Windsor.
