The winning KENO ticket worth over $22k was recently sold at a Windsor business, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
WINDSOR - A Manchester resident is $22,253 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Windsor earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On December 10, Lisaben Patel, of Manchester, purchased a KENO ticket from Jay's Mobil On The Run in Windsor and won $22,253.
