The winning scratch ticket worth over $220k was recently sold at a Windsor business, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
WINDSOR - A Windsor Locks resident is $220,389 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Windsor earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On December 9, Syed Peerzada, of Windsor Locks, purchased a Fast Play - $10 Super 7s Progressive ticket from the Windsor Smoke Shop and won $220,389.
