Interim Superintendent Dr. Ernest Perlini has announced that Windsor Public Schools will open Mon., Nov. 7, and will operate "with regular instructional programming all five days of next week." Schools will also be open Tue., Nov., 8, which is Election Day, which was previously scheduled as a professional development day. The schedule also includes school staying open next Friday, Veterans Day, during which the schools will have "many special programs and activities to teach students about why we honor veterans," according to Windsor Public Schools representatives. Windsor High School SATs have been rescheduled for Sat., Nov. 17.
