WINDSOR - A Windsor resident is $100,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On January 5, the big winner from Windsor, purchased a Cash5 Night ticket from the Deerfield Package store in Windsor and won $100,000.
