WINDSOR - A Windsor resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On January 3, Robert Treadwell, of Windsor, purchased a Play 4 Night ticket from the Windsor Avenue Citgo and won $10,000.
