WINDSOR - A Windsor resident is $15,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On January 5, Saleena White, of Windsor, purchased a Play4 Night ticket from Giovannis Restaurant in Windsor and won $15,000.
