2 Juveniles Identified In Middlebury Social Media Prank: Police

MIDDLEBURY, CT — Police released the following statement on Facebook regarding a social media prank:

"The Middlebury police department has identified the juveniles in the area of Watertown Road. It has been determined to be a social media prank. Two juveniles knocked on several doors alarming multiple residences.

"It is determined there is no actual threat to Middlebury residence.

"The Middlebury Police Department reminds all residents to be vigilant and to not hesitate in calling the police department if they see any suspicious activity."
