5-Vehicle Crash On I-84 In Middlebury Hospitalizes 2
An accident involving a jackknifed tractor-trailer and several other vehicles closed I-84 for several hours.
MIDDLEBURY, CT — Two people were injured in a multi-vehicle crash that included a tractor-trailer that jackknifed, NBC CT reported. The accident occurred on I-84 east in Middlebury just after 5 p.m. Wednesday near exit 17.
There were five vehicles involved. Two drivers were hospitalized for evaluation.
The crash caused traffic delays and resulted in I-84 east being closed for several hours, according to NBC CT.
