Head-On Crash Kills Driver In Woodbury: Police
A woman also sustained serious injuries after another vehicle crossed the double-yellow line, authorities said.
WOODBURY, CT — A head-on crash killed a driver and seriously injured his passenger after another vehicle crossed onto their side of the road Saturday morning in Woodbury, police said.
Authorities identified the decedent as Robert C. Gardner, 56, of Woodbury. The incident remains under investigation, and no charges have been announced.
The two-car crash occurred at 10:02 a.m. on Main Street, near Woodbury Place. A Dakota Quadcab Sport traveling north on Route 6 crossed over the yellow line and hit Gardner's southbound vehicle head-on, State Police said.

Gardner sustained fatal injuries, while his vehicle's passenger — Carol J. Dickinson, 65, of Woodbury — was seriously injured, according to police. The driver of the other vehicle — Isiah Christian Turner, 24, of Astonia — sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
