Man Arrested In Middlebury On Counterfeit, Forgery Charges: Report

A man was arrested and police are searching for a female suspect in a counterfeit and forgery case.

MIDDLEBURY, CT — A man was arrested on counterfeit and forgery charges in Middlebury on Wednesday, according to The Waterbury Republican-American. Police are searching for a female suspect in the case as well.

Alvin Weekes, 24, of West Haven, was charged with second-degree conspiracy to commit forgery and fourth-degree conspiracy to commit larceny. Weekes and a female suspect allegedly attempted to defraud a bank.
