Numerous Cars Broken Into, Windows Smashed In Woodbury: Police
Thieves smashed car windows and stole items inside overnight, according to police.
WOODBURY, CT — Numerous car break-ins were reported Wednesday night into Thursday, according to the Woodbury Resident Trooper. Police said the thieves smashed car windows in the break-ins.
Police said residents should make sure there are no valuables in their cars.
Previously, police had asked residents to double check that their car doors were locked, valuables were removed, and keys weren't left in the car.

Car break-ins remain a problem throughout the state. In June, Windsor 30 cars were broken into in a single night.
