Quassy Amusement Park And Waterpark's Opening Day Details Released

MIDDLEBURY, CT — Quassy Amusement Park and Waterpark will open for the spring/summer season on April 27-28 and the Splash Away Bay Waterpark will open on Saturday, May 25.

"As the 2024 season kicks off, we're thrilled to invite you to join us for a day filled with thrills, splashes, and memories that will last a lifetime," Quassy officials said in a prepared statement on its website.

Some of the offerings at the park include: the Wooden Warrior roller coaster, the Frantic ride, the Grand Carousel and the Quassy Express train. Other amenities include: Tilt-A-Whirl and Teacups, and the Kiddieland area.

Splash Away Bay offers water slides, a splash zone, Fishpond, splash pad, and numerous other rides.

On the weekend of April 27-28 and May 4-5 it is Quassy Cares Weekends where folks are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item or home cleaning product and enjoy an all-day ride wristband for $17. Park hours are from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on those two weekends.

And then there is the always popular Quassy Blast on the Beach on July 4th, which includes a firework display in 3-D after dark.
