Quassy Amusement Park And Waterpark's Opening Day Details Released; 2 New Rides On Tap
Details for Quassy Amusement Park and Waterpark's opening have been released along with info about two new rides.
MIDDLEBURY, CT — Quassy Amusement Park and Waterpark will open for the spring/summer season on Saturday, April 26.
For the first few weeks, the amusement park portion of the park will be open Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Then the water park will open for the season May 23.
The amusement park features 20 rides. Two new additions for this year include the Alladin swing ride and the Crazy 8 Family Coaster.
A season pass for Quassy is currently on sale for $105.
Some of the offerings at the park include: the Wooden Warrior roller coaster, the Frantic ride, the Grand Carousel and the Quassy Express train. Other amenities include: Tilt-A-Whirl and Teacups, and the Kiddieland area.
Splash Away Bay offers water slides, a splash zone, Fishpond, splash pad, and numerous other rides.
The park hosts birthday parties and offers cabana rentals as well.
Upcoming events at the amusement park include Quassy Cares Neighbor in Need Weekend, Teacher Appreciation Day, and Dance Day.
