WOODBURY, CT — A Woodbury resident is $82,948 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town.
On July 31, a Woodbury resident won $82,948 after purchasing a Cash5 ticket from the Woodbury Shell Food Mart.
The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scam, according to officials.
