Illegal Storage of Loaded Firearm in Woodbury

Amber Ely, 35, of Woodbury, was charged with disorderly conduct and improper storage of a loaded firearm on July 23 at approximately 5:23 a.m.

According to police, officers responded to an altercation at a residence on Main Street South and seized a loaded firearm that was discovered at the scene.

Ely was released on $500 non-surety bond and was scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court later that day.
