Missing Kent County Man Sought By Delaware State Police

Police have issued a gold alert for 75-year-old William Galyon, who was last seen Tuesday.

HARRINGTON, DE — Delaware State Police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing 75-year-old man from Kent County.

A gold alert has been issued for William Galyon of Harrington, who was last Thursday around noon, police said. Attempts to contact Galyon have been unsuccessful and officials are concerned for his safety and wellbeing.

Galyon is a white male who is approximately 5-feet 11-inches tall, weighs 210 pounds, and has short gray hair and blue eyes. He also wears glasses. Police said it's possible Galyon is driving a 2018 Nissan Altima and heading to Pennsylvania. The car has Delaware plates, and the number is 177072.
