2 Georgetown Burglary Suspects Arrested, Police Say
Two people were arrested for breaking into a store on M Street and stealing cash, police said.

GEORGETOWN, DC — Two people were arrested and charged in a burglary that occurred in a store on M Street in Georgetown, police said.
Southeast Washington residents Diamond Durham, 31, and Donta Barnard, 28, were charged with Burglary 2.
The burglary took place between 10 p.m. Monday, Aug. 14. and 9:45 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 15 in the 3000 block of M St. NW, police said. Businesses in this area include Cusp, Diesel, Paper Source and more.

The suspects are accused of breaking the glass on a door to enter the business. Once inside, they allegedly stole money and fled.
