Jonathan Adler Opens Monday

Home decor store Jonathan Adler will open on Wisconsin Avenue Monday morning. 

The store is opening where Gap Kids was located, at 1267 Wisconsin Ave., NW. The store was to open earlier this year, but construction delays postponed the opening.

According to the store's website, Jonathan Adler " ...is a design company dedicated to bringing style, craft, joy, and a general feeling of grooviness to your home." The company motto is: “If your heirs won’t fight over it, we won’t make it.”

There are 23 stores in the United States and abroad. Until now, the closest store to D.C. was in Philadelphia.
