A sincere and skilled meditation practice provides the opportunity to take a break from distraction, energize and enliven our inner experience, and see even the most challenging of circumstances in a new light. 

During this practical and experiential series you will learn the foundations of Buddhist meditation, how to start or recharge your at-home practice, and share methods for improving and sustaining a healthy meditation habit.

Perfect for both new and experienced meditators, this series offers practical teachings and guided meditations to bring love and compassion into the world—one breath at a time.
