Once inside, officers said they located Hoskins' 64-year-old daughter who initially told them she hadn’t seen her mother in some time.

As officers checked the rest of the home in an attempt to locate Hoskins, they said they ultimately found her body inside a large freezer in the garage.

Police said Hoskins' daughter voluntarily came to the Sebastian Police Department for questioning as detectives obtained a search warrant for the house.

Early Friday morning, detectives said they recovered Hoskins' body as well as other evidence. Police have not said what other evidence they found and have not released the name of Hoskins' daughter.

Detectives said they are currently working with the medical examiner and the state attorney’s office.

At this time, police have not announced any arrests, charges or the circumstances surrounding Hoskins' death.
