• PCSO: Single-car crash near Lake Wales kills driver, injures 2 (theledger.com) — An Auburndale woman and her young child were hospitalized after a single-car rollover crash on State Road 60 east of Lake Wales that killed the driver on December 12. Polk County deputies say neither adult wore a seat belt, but the 2-year-old was secured in a child seat and is in stable condition, along with the Auburndale passenger.
