Capital Bank Branch Held Up In Aventura
A lone bank robber held up a Capital Bank branch in Aventura on Monday and escaped with an unspecified amount of cash.

AVENTURA, FL ā The FBI is searching for a lone bank robber who held up a Capital Bank branch in Aventura on Monday. The robbery took place around 3:50 p.m. The branch is located at 20295 NE 29th Place
"The robber entered the bank, implied he had a weapon and demanded money from a bank employee," according to Special Agent Michael Leverock and spokesman Jim Marshall of the FBI in Miami.
No one was injured.

The FBI released photographs of the suspect taken from surveillance cameras. The FBI would not say how much money was taken during the robbery.
The robber used a multi-colored umbrella to conceal his identity as he approached the front door of the bank
