As hurricane season approaches, it's vital to ensure seniors have the necessary supplies, safety checks, and community support they need to remain safe. Thanks to the generosity of Florida Power & Light Company and the Florida Council on Aging, Meals on Wheels South Florida (MOWSOFLO) will deliver emergency preparedness meal kits to the homes of their senior clients throughout Broward County.

Meals on Wheels South Florida is seeking dedicated volunteers to help with our upcoming Hurricane Preparedness Event on Saturday, June 28th at 9:00 a.m. Join us as we distribute hurricane prep meal kits to ensure our home-bound neighbors are safe and supported during hurricane season.
