M-DCPS Partners With FLDOH, UM Pediatric Mobile Clinic To Expand Access To Vaccines

In
an effort to encourage all eligible students to be vaccinated, Miami-Dade
County Public Schools (M-DCPS) has partnered with the Florida Department of
Health (FLDOH) and the University of Miami (UM) Health System Pediatric Mobile
Clinic to offer the COVID-19 vaccine. UM will also be providing COVID-19
testing and all school-age vaccines. Attached
are fliers in English, Spanish and Haitian Creole listing all the vaccination
locations, dates and times.

Appointments
are not required for vaccination. To be eligible to receive the COVID-19
vaccine, students MUST be at least 12 years old on the day they are being
vaccinated and have a completed COVID-19 vaccine screening and consent form.
The consent forms will be available at the sites.
