• Vertical Construction Starts on ‘Modera Aventura South' at 2681 NE 191st St, Miami, FL (floridayimby.com) — A major new apartment community, Modera Aventura South, is now rising just west of Aventura, bringing 251 new one- to three-bedroom units and ground-floor retail to northern Miami-Dade. The nine-story project, slated for completion in 2027, will offer a resort-style pool, fitness center, co-working lounge, and a large parking garage, expanding housing and amenities for Aventura-area residents.
