• South Florida mayors band together to denounce rising antisemitism (nbcmiami.com) — Aventura Mayor Howard Weinberg joined 13 other Miami-Dade mayors at the Greater Miami Jewish Federation to publicly denounce rising antisemitism and all forms of hate. The nonpartisan gathering, held during Hanukkah, emphasized solidarity across communities, urged residents to be “upstanders,” and warned how online rhetoric and misinformation can fuel real-world violence against Jewish people locally and worldwide.
