Donovan's Modern American Meatery Adds Lunch And Happy Hour

BLOOMINDALE—RIVERVIEW, FL — Donovan's Modern American Meatery adds lunch and happy hour to its menu selections after its Riverview opening in Oct.

The restaurant began offering lunch and happy hour service on Monday, staff said.

Executive Chef Lee Jasper has included a Certified Angus Beef burger with all the fixings, bacon lettuce tomato sandwiches with thick house-made bacon steaks, a smoked prime rib french dip, lobster rolls and more.

Visitors can also order flatbread like the vegan curried butternut squash with apple, caramelized onion and arugula. Lunch service is offered Monday through Friday starting at 11 a.m.

The happy hour menu, created by legendary Tampa mixologist Dean Hurst, has $6 house cocktails such as the apple cider old-fashioned, $4 beers and $5 wines.

New appetizers include oysters and edible tallow candles

Happy hour is available weekdays from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the bar. Donovan’s offers half off bottles of wine every Monday.

Donovan's, 11206 Sullivan St, is open Mon. through Fri., 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Sat., 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.; and Sunday 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
