Art educator Minnette Webster will introduce children to Kandinsky circles using colored pencil techniques inspired by the abstract works of Russian artist Wassily Kandinsky Saturday, Nov. 17 at 10:30 a.m. at the   Riverview Branch Library, 10509 Riverview Drive in Riverview. The program is for children in grades one to four. Participants must register in advance by calling 813-273-3652. There is a limit of 20 participants. Another class will be held at noon for grades five to 12.
