2021 GRCC Chair – Elect of the Board, Michael Broussard, The Flying Locksmiths, started the meeting by recognizing the Past Presidents and Board Chairs as well as the current Board of Directors who were in attendance. Broussard thanked the audio and visual support for the luncheon done by DJ Seth Dugan, Doogie Entertainment; photography, done by Gerardo Luna Photographs; and linens, provided by Susan Williams of Fancy That Specialty Linens. He also graciously thanked The Mosaic Company, Suncoast Credit Union, St. Joseph’s Hospital – South, and South State Bank for sponsoring the Chamber office’s brand-new computer technology. Broussard also recognized many of the Tampa Bay Times “Best of the Best” award winners in attendance, including 3 Cs Catering LLC - Cafe Delanie, Accent American, Inc., and Tessera of Brandon. This month’s main speaker was Jelissa Gregus, Nursing Manager at BayCare Health System. Gregus informed the audience of the benefits of Robotic Surgery program at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Mark Oliver, Founder of Specially Fit Foundation, then spoke with those in attendance about the year-round workouts, Special Olympic training, nutrition coaching, and mentorship for individuals with developmental disabilities that Specially Fit has to offer.     Christian Beiter, Preservation 1st Financial Group, welcomed nine (9) brand-new GRCC investors.
